Terms, shipping & returns

These terms cover purchases from stormproof.us. The seller is Banksy AI LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to US addresses. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Shipping

Orders ship within 5 business days. We ship to US addresses only. You'll get tracking by email once it ships.

Returns and refunds

• Changed your mind: return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Arrived damaged or doesn't work: tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice. We cover return shipping.
• Radios and drives also carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we'll help you use.

What's on the drive

The Storm Proof AI software is free and open source (MIT license). The library, maps and AI models on the drive are made by others and keep their own licenses, listed in the NOTICE file. You're paying for the drive, the loading and testing, and the convenience, not for the content itself. iFixit guides and the MedGemma model are not preloaded; you can add them free.

Important limits

• The AI and the medical references give general information. They are not a doctor and not professional advice. In an emergency, call 911 when you can.
• Offline maps don't show live road closures, flooding or damage. Follow official instructions.
• AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
